June 27- Matt Funk pours concrete for exterior walls
July 7- started the underground plumbing
July 9- flat work for basement
July 11- Centerpoint Construction backfilled the foundation
July 14- lumber delivered
July 15- Wright Angle and Precision Contractong begins framing
July 18- stood main floor walls
July 28- sheeted upper floor
Aug 4- set the trusses on all units
Aug 6- sheeting the roof begins
Aug 7- Western Mechanical starts HVAC
Aug 11-Durrant Slate plumbing and Brandon Nelson begin electrical and plumbing
Aug 11-trenching for electric utilities
Aug 14-Fairway Glass begins window installation
Aug 18-roof dried in
Aug 19-Durrant Slate completes plumbing
Aug 20-AR Aluminum starts on the exterior
Aug 21- Wright Angle and Precision Contracting finishes framing / Brandon Nelson finishes electrical
Aug 25- trenched and shaded electrical utilities
Aug 26- Comcast Cable starts and finished in one day
Aug 27- Western Mechanical completes HVAC. Highpoint roofing begins shingles
Aug 29- Highpoint roofing finishes. Fairway Glass finishes window installation. LeGrand Johnson Construction starts to grade the roadways. 4-way inspection
Sept 2-Garner Construction starts the sidewalk on 1300 East
Sept 4-Stock insulation starts
Sept 5- Stock insulation complete. Brandon Nelson Electric pulls the high Voltage wire through conduit for Hyrum City
Sept 10- Questar gas installs gas lines
Sept 16- Cronquest drywall begins sheetrock
Sept 23- AR Aluminum finishes installation of the Weatherboard
Sept 29- AR Aluminum starts the exterior painting
Oct 6- Mike Garners cement crew does the porch caps
Oct 10- Precision Contracting starts the finish work
